C. Brown Gardens Cooking Demo at Sioux City Farmers Market

I’ll be doing a cooking demo with samples and recipes at the Sioux City Farmers Market on Saturday June 21st!
C. Brown Gardens is a locally owned vegetable farm I work for during their high season. I will be showcasing some of their fresh peppers, tomatoes, and more with a few different recipes to taste and enjoy.
Stop by and watch, taste, take the recipe card, and then head down to the C. Brown Gardens booth and pick up some of the same veggies for yourself!
We don’t use any chemicals or pesticides on our vegetables.

Desert Dog Joshua Tree No-Kill Shelter Donation Puppy Yoga Class

Attend a fun and playful yoga class by me with special shelter puppy guests on Sunday March 16th at 11 am at the Joshua Tree No-Kill Animal Shelter.

This class will be held outside at the shelter. You will get to take class with the puppies, animal themed playlist to support our joyful experience!

Please be sure to bring a yoga mat and water.
