This offering is a beautiful way to come together as a community to ground ourselves in gratitude and togetherness for all that this space has been. Mike will be leading a 75 minute flow fusion class with an extended meditation and savasana to end the movement portion of our time together.

Then we will clear the space and make room for the gather portion. Nathan Howe will be offering a vegetarian seasonal soup with homemade bread/crackers and chai tea. Jill will be making a delicious garden variety dessert too.

Nathan will be offering a vegetable box after the meal that will include some of his hand tended and harvested delicious veggies, fruit butters, canned items, pesto and or granola to anchor the box you purchase!! These boxes will be sold for $20 add on!
